- Holaks will not compensate more than $50.00 incase of unexpected circumstances which may arises on your goods.
- It is mandatory for all customers to submit packing list and receipt of goods on the day of delivery to the office.
- Any goods above $100.00 in worth should be insured by customers, Holaks cargo will not be held responsible for any unwanted goods removed by Nigerian customs or destination customs.
- Do not take anything rated as contraband.
- Uk customs has every right to check for comformity of goods brought into her country which we do not have right over. All goods are declared as personal effects or gift.
